Key points
- You can cancel your membership at any time. Cancel at least 72 hours before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
- If a provider determines you are not eligible before care begins, you receive a full refund of that charge.
- Prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed, as required by pharmacy law — but damaged, incorrect or lost shipments are replaced or refunded.
Cancelling your membership
You may cancel at any time from your patient portal, by emailing support@allgoodhealthclinc.com, or by calling (800) 555-0162. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 72 hours before your renewal date. After you cancel, you keep access to your care team until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.
When you receive a full refund
- Not eligible: your provider reviews your questionnaire and determines, before any consultation or prescription, that treatment is not appropriate.
- Service not available: care or the prescribed medication is not available in your state or cannot be fulfilled.
- Billing errors: duplicate charges or charges after a cancellation made on time.
- Refunds required by law.
What is not refundable
- Medications that have been dispensed or shipped. State and federal pharmacy rules do not allow dispensed prescription medications to be returned or resold.
- Consultations and clinical services that have already taken place, whether or not a prescription was issued.
- The unused part of a billing period after you cancel mid-cycle.
- Laboratory fees once a lab order has been processed.
- Dissatisfaction with results. Individual outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.
Damaged, incorrect or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, is not what your provider prescribed, is not temperature-appropriate on arrival, or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). Please do not use the medication. We will work with the pharmacy to send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund for that order.
Changing plans
If you switch to a different plan or program, any unused amount of your current billing period may be applied as a credit toward the new plan instead of a refund.
How to request a refund
Email billing@allgoodhealthclinc.com or call (800) 555-0162 with your name, the email on your account, the order or charge date and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds usually appear within 5–10 business days.
